Single storey rear extension
Following removal of a conservatory, the modern breakfast/living area was built with two separate connections to the existing house. Bifolding doors provide separation of these areas when required. The new rooms included a fully sized family wet room and dressing room.
A modern finish was achieved with the extensive use of oak. The joinery work included handrails, book case, doors, flooring, architraves and skirting all constructed by Johnson's. The external appearance was enhanced by the addition of a sold oak open porch and front door.
