Two storey side and rear extension #1
Starting with the demolition of a rear detached garage, the double storey extension was constructed to produce a very large open living area with concealed steelwork throughout. This allowed for a skylight over the dining area and an uninterrupted ceiling line. The building work also included a utility room and rebuilt garage. On the first floor two sizeable bedrooms were incorporated together with a dormer ensuite bathroom to the front master bedroom.
