Two storey side and rear extension with new garage at front
Work resulted in large kitchen dining area to the rear complete with downstairs utility/shower room. Existing porch and cloakroom replaced by new porch and adjacent garage. The new upper storey allowed for two generous sized bedrooms. Before the new building could begin Johnsons undertook the interesting task of removing a heavily reinforced Second World War air raid shelter shell roof. Later in the project the underground area was fitted out as a wine cellar with access through the kitchen floor!
